Documents and signing
Upload and preview project documents, request signatures, and track pending signatures across all your projects.
ePlan.ai handles project documents and their signatures through two related modules: Documents and Signing.
Documents
The Documents module lets you upload, preview, and manage a project's PDF and Word files. Documents live inside the project, so everyone with access sees the same set of files.
Requesting signatures
The Signing module lets you request and complete document signatures. To collect signatures, you request them on a document and choose the recipients. Recipients can be arranged as:
- Parallel — everyone can sign at the same time.
- Sequential — recipients sign in order, one after another.
Recipients sign through an embedded view, and once signing is complete the signed PDF is stored.
Tracking pending signatures
Signature requests can span many projects, so there's a dedicated My Signatures page that tracks pending signatures across all of your projects in one place. Check it to see what's waiting on you or on others, without opening each project individually.
