Signing up on your own
The self-service flow is a distinct starting point from being invited into an existing organization. You sign up and go straight into creating your first project — there's no waiting to be added to a government organization first.
As part of this flow, the app automatically creates your personal organization and workspace, so your new project has a home from the moment you start. It's the same personal-workspace mechanism every account gets; you're simply entering it from the self-service door rather than from an invite.
From there, you land in the project's chat and set it up like any other project.
